As a paralegal, Gurjit Aulkh assists Joseph Saveri with case tracking and a full range of paralegal tasks covering all phases of discovery, trial, and settlements. He specializes in class action and antitrust matters and is highly skilled in e-discovery programs and litigation software: talent that he brings to many of the firm’s most important and high-profile cases.
To perform this hybrid, complex role, Gurjit relies on experience gathered from almost 20 years of successfully handling various tasks covering the legal landscape. He draws from extensive experience as a paralegal and case manager at Oakland and San Francisco firms, including being the lead paralegal at trial with nationally-known, elite lawyer David Boies. He has also gathered a comprehensive understanding of legal personnel and how firms operate from his former position as a recruiter/account executive for staffing agency Robert Half International.
Gurjit has strong research, organizational, and time management skills, and is experienced in litigating in federal and state courts.
