Ruby Ponce

Ruby Ponce is a paralegal at the firm. She assists attorneys with discovery and trial preparation efforts, including organizing deposition and hearing files, cite-checking and submitting court filings, maintaining discovery records, and preparing exhibits.

Prior to joining the firm, Ruby was a litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm in San Francisco, where she was responsible for various administrative duties, including drafting motions and preparing for trial. Before that, she was a litigation paralegal at the Legal Aid at Work Employment Law Center (San Francisco), an enforcement unit paralegal intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (San Francisco), and a paralegal for a small general practice firm (San Francisco).

Ruby has over seven years of litigation experience and has seen cases through their beginning pre-filing stages, trials, appeals, and United States Supreme Court oral argument. Ruby has participated in four state court trials and two federal court trials.
