# Joseph Saveri Law Selected to Benchmark Litigation’s 2025 U.S. Awards Shortlist

The Joseph Law Firm has been shortlisted for two important awards given by Benchmark Litigation. 

The firm is one of seven nationwide selected for “Plaintiff Firm of the Year” and firm partner [Joseph Saveri](https://www.saverilawfirm.com/attorneys/joseph-r-saveri/) as one of five lawyers for “Antitrust Litigator of the Year.” [These selections and others](https://benchmarklitigation.com/NewsAndAnalysis/The-2025-Benchmark-Litigation-US-Shortlist-is-now-live/Index/10443) were based on hundreds of submissions and peer review-based research, and honor the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for exemplary work over the past 12 months.  

Award winners are to be determined and will be announced at Benchmark Litigation’s U.S. Awards ceremony New York City at 583 Park Avenue on Thursday, March 6th. 

Last year, and for the fourth consecutive year, the firm and Joe received high-level praise from Benchmark Litigation in its annual rankings. Firm partner [Ronnie S. Spiegel](https://www.saverilawfirm.com/attorneys/ronnie-seidel-spiegel) also received debut praise. The firm was recommended as one of the best in California in "dispute resolution." Joe was honored as a “National Practice Area Star” and “Litigation Star” in the “competition/antitrust” practice area. Ronnie likewise achieved the “Litigation Star” designation for “competition/antitrust.”  

Also in 2024, and for the first time, firm partners Christopher Young and David Seidel were named to Benchmark Litigation’s premier [“40 & Under” list](https://www.saverilawfirm.com/press/christopher-young-and-david-seidel-named-to-benchmark-litigations-40-under-list).

Research is conducted through extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists, and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms.
