(Daily Journal) Saveri Law Firm founder Joseph Saveri has been named by the California Daily Journal as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in California” for 2026. A profile of Joe appeared in the September 30 special issue of the Daily Journal.
This marks the ninth time Joe has earned this honor. Considering that there are over 200,000 lawyers in California, Joe’s repeated selection to this elite list confirms and highlights an exemplary business and legal career that few can match, and reflects his continuous impact on antitrust and cutting-edge, complex litigation.
With 35 years of civil litigation experience, Joe is regarded as one of the nation’s premier plaintiffs’ attorneys. Since founding his firm in 2012, he has grown it into a 36-attorney practice that has achieved more than $5 billion in settlements and successful resolutions for clients. Many of his cases are considered landmark matters in antitrust, intellectual property, and class action litigation.
The Daily Journal highlighted Joe’s recent work on the high-profile UFC Antitrust Litigation, in which the firm represented professional mixed martial artists and achieved final approval of a $375 million settlement in 2025. Other covered cases included Apartment Rental Software Antitrust Litigation (preliminary approval of over $350 million in settlements), Varsity All Star and Scholastic Cheer Market Price-Fixing Litigation ($82.5 million final settlement), and Jackson Hewitt “No-Poach” Litigation ($10.8 million final settlement).
The profile also detailed Joe’s childhood background that encouraged his pursuit of law and his newer docket centering on the firm’s Generative AI Litigation, in which the firm represents artistic creators who allege their work was used to train AI systems without consent or compensation.
This recognition continues a long tradition of honors for both Joe and his firm. Previous Daily Journal accolades include “Top Boutiques,” “California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year (CLAY),” “Top Plaintiff Lawyers,” “Top Antitrust Lawyers,” “Top Artificial Intelligence Lawyers,” “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers,” and “Top Commercial Litigators.”
The Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal, along with a network of community newspapers across California, serve as vital sources of timely and comprehensive information for attorneys and the broader business sector.
