Heather Du joined the firm in 2019. In her current role, she specializes in antitrust and class action litigation, and focuses on reviewing and analyzing documents and contracts, drafting memos and motions, performing legal research, and preparing depositions. She has successfully contributed her skills to several price-fixing antitrust cases as a passionate advocate of consumer rights. She takes pride in her work knowing her effort aids in the protection of competition for the benefit of everyday consumers.

Before joining the firm, Heather was a contract attorney at several San Francisco top tier law firms, where she reviewed and analyzed documents in securities, patent litigation, class action, civil investigation, and construction defects, among other practice areas.

Heather’s pro bono efforts have included work at legal organizations for low-income individuals and families where she:

  • counseled tenants regarding legal rights and possible strategies in their eviction cases
  • provided limited scope representation at court-mandated settlement conferences and assisted with trial preparation
  • worked closely with others to assist survivors of domestic violence in drafting restraining order declaration, divorce, and custody proceedings

Heather is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
