Karen Seiden joined the firm in 2026. She brings an extensive track record of high-quality legal work established on her abilities in research and writing, analysis, project organization, and interpersonal skills. Her goal of bringing about best outcomes for clients drives her to always expand her knowledge of relevant areas of law and to apply that knowledge to each clients’ specific circumstances at every stage of her work.  

In her decade of experience focused on e-discovery, Karen has worked on matters involving antitrust, securities fraud, FINRA issues, CFTC investigations, intellectual property, and contracts. Her positions with Motely Rice LLC and other well-regarded organizations encompassed evidence review, expert report preparation and review, deposition preparation and second-chairing, trial preparation, and privilege log creation.

At Saveri Law Firm, Karen continues her work on Generic Drug Price-Fixing Antitrust Litigation, the largest antitrust multidistrict litigation in the U.S., in which numerous procedural and strategic victories have been won. She was a member of the indirect payer team focused on Clomipramine, one of the bellwether drugs in this matter, and Sandoz, regarding which settlements have received final court approval. Her current focus is non-bellwether generics. She is also playing a key role in Insulin Medication Price-Fixing Litigation, a growing multidistrict matter.

Prior to these positions, Karen practiced for many years in immigration law as a solo practitioner, consulting attorney, contract attorney, associate, and staff attorney. In these roles, she provided immigration and nationality law services to immigrants and legal practitioners for matters of deportation defense, family immigration, naturalization, and criminal-immigration crossover issues. Additionally, she provided legal training and oversight to BIA accredited representatives. She served on the faculty for various conferences for the national association and her local chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
