Hanna Trinh is the firm’s human resources coordinator. She takes a hands-on role across every stage of the employee experience. Her work spans full-cycle recruiting, payroll, and onboarding, and she is as invested in someone's first week of employment as she is in building a career destination for them with the Saveri team.
Hanna came to the firm from a people & administrative coordinator position at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Among her many responsibilities, she partnered with HR to lead full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding, prepared comprehensive candidate summaries and recommendations, served as the primary contact for new hires, and developed onboarding resources and training materials.
Before working at Stanford, Hanna was an operations coordinator for D.OC Realty (San Jose), at which she acted as the primary resource for client inquiries; built strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and agents; and maintained executive calendars and client tracking systems. She has also been an estate planning operations associate for Legacy Capitol Group CA (Los Gatos), a relationship banker for Comerica Bank (San Jose), and a people experience coordinator for Roundleaf, Inc. (San Jose).
Hanna is a certified real estate salesperson and notary public.
