Jane Kim joined the firm in 2025 from Washington, D.C. She is a tenacious advocate known for her intellectual vigor and ability to deliver strategic solutions for her clients. Jane brings a focus in investigating and litigating complex cases in a range of sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and energy. She currently represents authors, consumers, and other plaintiffs in antitrust and generative artificial intelligence cases.
Prior to working at the firm, Jane practiced at a boutique Washington, D.C. firm where she specialized in class actions. Before that, she was a Seneca Falls Fellow with Public Justice and engaged in impact litigation at the trial and appellate level. She has also worked at the California Department of Justice, Antitrust Law Section, where she played a key role in several investigations and enforcement actions, including M&A reviews.
While pursuing her law degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Jane served as an extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the Federal Trade Commission, and as a summer associate at a large antitrust firm. She was also a teaching assistant and an editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice.
Jane is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, American Bar Association (Antitrust Section), and Women’s Bar Association of D.C.
