Her background combines legal training with strategic human resources management, advising organizations on workforce transformations, compliance, complex workplace investigations, and overall organizational effectiveness. She is driven by a desire to help her clients and colleagues find a clear path forward through challenging situations and a belief that the right guidance at the right moment can be transformational.
Suzanne began her career as an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in San Francisco where she gained extensive experience supporting and defending employers in complex employment litigation, including class and collective actions for Fortune 500 companies. Leveraging her background in employment law, she transitioned into strategic HR leadership to proactively address workplace challenges, partner with leaders, and support employees through workforce transformations.
Suzanne has held both operational and strategic HR leadership roles, most recently serving as HR Manager for the London Stock Exchange Group. In this role, she specialized in complex employee relations investigations and post-acquisition workforce reorganizations, ensuring full compliance with international employment laws within a highly regulated, global environment.
Suzanne is adept at managing high-volume document reviews and conducting quality control reviews and analysis using multiple e-discovery platforms. She has served as a project-based attorney at several Boston-based law firms, covering employment, commercial, environmental, and class-action medical litigation.
Suzanne is a member of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section and holds a SHRM-CP certification (Society for Human Resources Management, Certified Professional).
