Joseph Saveri Law Firm Named "Class Action" Finalist for National Law Journal's 2023 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards

The Joseph Saveri Law Firm, LLP has been named a “class action” category finalist for the National Law Journal’s 2023 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards.

The Elite Trial Lawyers Awards recognize law firms’ outstanding plaintiffs' work in a high-stakes bench or jury trial or in a major settlement. The winners must have scored a significant win during the past year and must also be able to show an impressive track record of wins over the last three to five years. Firms must have devoted at least 50% of their litigation resources to plaintiffs’ work and shown innovative approaches to case resolution.

In its review of the firm’s recent success, the National Law Journal was favorably influenced by settlements in Capacitors Price-Fixing Antitrust Litigation, Defense Contract “No-Poach” Litigation, and YouTube Content Moderators’ Safe Workplace Litigation, along with favorable Court rulings in other cases.

Awards Finalists were selected from hundreds of entries. The winners in 25 award categories will be announced at the Elite Trial Lawyers Awards ceremony dinner in New York City on July 13.
