Law360 Honors Itak Moradi as a "Rising Star"

(Law360) Saveri Law Firm associate Itak Moradi has been selected and profiled as one of its 2026
“Rising Stars.”

The 2026 winners’ group is comprised of more than 160 attorneys under 40 whose legal
accomplishments surpass their beginning years of practice. After carefully reviewing over 1,100
submissions, Law360’s team of editors arrived at a list of “Rising Stars” who hail from more
than 90 law firms and span 35 practice areas. Winners were selected based on their impressive
career records in their respective disciplines.

Law360’s profile of Itak, the first lawyer in her family, focused on her early career, her proudest
moment as an attorney, why she focuses on the class action practice area, how she thinks the
profession will change over the next 10 years, and her key accomplishments at the firm.

Of particular note, Itak was a key members of the case team in UFC Antitrust Litigation - a
decade-long case that resulted in early 2025 in a Court-approved $375 million settlement on
behalf of a class of professional mixed martial arts fighters against UFC, which they accused of
suppressing their wages. This success led to the team being honored in 2025 by the American
Antitrust Institute for “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice”
and by the California Daily Journal in 2026 for “California Lawyer of the Year (CLAY).”

“The firm is committed to training the next generation of top-tier litigators and is delighted to see
Itak recognized for her hard work,” said firm founder Joseph Saveri. “Our firm’s incredible
growth in recent years would not be possible if it wasn’t for the enthusiasm and dedication our
younger attorneys such as Itak bring to each case we litigate on behalf of our clients.”
