Steven Williams Named “Top Antitrust Lawyer” by California Daily Journal

(Daily Journal) For the second consecutive year, partner Steven Williams of the Joseph Saveri Law Firm has been selected by the California Daily Journal as a “Top Antitrust Lawyer” in California. He was profiled in a special feature contained in the November 17, 2021, Daily Journal newspaper and website formats.

In addition to the “Top Antitrust Lawyer” spotlight of Steve, he and the firm have also consistently been included in several other Daily Journal “Top” in California categories: 

  • The firm was selected this year as one of the “Top Boutiques” across all practice areas, an accolade it also received in 2018 and 2021; 
  • Earlier this year, Joseph Saveri was chosen as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers,” an honor he likewise received in 2019, 2018, and 2016;
  • Also in 2021, Joe and Steve were honored as two of 38 “Top Plaintiff Lawyers.” The firm was one of only nine statewide to have multiple lawyers picked for this group. This was the fourth consecutive year Joe and Steve were selected;
  • In 2020, Joe and Steve were chosen as “Top Antitrust Lawyers.” The firm was one of only five statewide to have multiple lawyers included for this inaugural “Top” category;
  • In 2016, Joe received the 2016 CLAY Award from the Daily Journal and California Lawyer, which honored lawyers from 21 cases by designating them as “California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year.” Joe was acknowledged for the firm’s antitrust success in In re Cipro Cases I and II, a suit involving a “pay-for-delay” price-fixing scheme in the pharmaceutical sector.
